Where Purchases Are Processed
When you click "Buy on Amazon" from any page on no-infection.com, you are taken directly to the product listing on Amazon's marketplace. The transaction, payment, shipping, and any return or refund request are handled entirely by Amazon — not by No Infection directly. We do not process payments or handle order fulfillment on our own site.
In short: because every purchase happens on Amazon, every return and refund follows Amazon's own policies and timelines — not a separate policy set by No Infection.
Returns & Refunds for Physical Books
If you purchased a printed copy of one of our books, returns and refunds are governed by Amazon's standard return policy for physical products. In general, Amazon allows returns of physical books within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Exact eligibility windows can vary depending on the seller (Amazon or a third-party marketplace seller) and your region.
To start a return, go to Your Orders on Amazon, locate the book, and select Return or replace items.
Returns & Refunds for E-books (Kindle)
Digital editions are sold through Amazon Kindle. Amazon's digital content refund policy generally allows refund requests within 7 days of purchase for Kindle e-books, provided the book has not been substantially read. Refund eligibility for digital content is determined solely by Amazon's policies at the time of purchase.
To request a refund for a Kindle e-book, visit Your Orders → Digital Orders on Amazon, select the title, and choose Return for refund.
